Loste, a Cardiff-based e-commerce brand founded by Christy Llewellyn, provides high-quality press-on nails for customers seeking salon-level results at home. While the product was highly sought after, managing the logistics of a growing physical inventory was severely limiting her ability to scale the company.
"I was struggling to grow my business as I was spending so much time packing orders every day," Christy explains. Beyond the daily time commitment, the physical reality of storing the products was becoming a significant roadblock. "Managing the stock and finding space was also tricky, and I was looking for somewhere that could take over all of these responsibilities."
When searching for a fulfilment partner, finding a local facility was a major priority. "I love that Eirios is based in Wales and really close to me, which was the first plus," says Christy. After an initial video call to discuss her needs, she visited the Eirios unit in person to drop off her stock. The appeal wasn't just geographical: "They had great reviews, and I liked that they were a small team."
"They are a lovely bunch, so hardworking, and I know I can trust them fully with my stock."

Outsourcing fulfillment requires immense trust, but the transition provided immediate reassurance. "The onboarding process gave me so much confidence," she notes. "The team were really friendly; they asked all the right questions, and they really understood what we needed. Getting set up was easy, and I could see that they take a lot of pride in providing a great service."
With order packing and inventory management completely off her plate, Christy could finally focus on high-level growth. "Partnering with Eirios has meant that I had more time to expand other areas of the business, like launching into retailers and launching new product lines." This newfound bandwidth directly fueled major milestones for the brand: "Since joining, we have expanded into the US with Anthropologie and have put our new line into production; this wouldn’t have been possible without them."
Beyond the operational success, the partnership is built on reliability and care. "It’s also a huge piece of mind knowing that they have the expertise to help us make the right choices and to give our customers the best experience," Christy says. "The team are so kind and have really gone above and beyond for Loste and for me. They are a lovely bunch, so hardworking, and I know I can trust them fully with my stock. I always get a speedy reply to my emails, and they are more than happy to help with any requests or questions."
