Airshot is the brand behind the highly acclaimed high-pressure tyre inflator, a "must-have" tool for mountain bikers and cyclists looking to seat tubeless tyres with ease. While the product itself was a hit with the cycling community, the brand’s previous logistics setup was causing significant friction behind the scenes.
For Charles Jones, founder of Airshot, the primary struggle wasn't just shipping - it was a breakdown in the relationship with his provider.
"I had issues with communication, poor response time or none at all, it led to frustrated customers," Charles explains. Beyond the daily operations, the financial side of the partnership was equally stressful.
"The invoicing was not clear, which led to distrust."
When looking for a new home for Airshot’s inventory, Charles was looking for a "Goldilocks" partner: a company large enough to be professional, but small enough to care.
"Eirios seemed not too big that you’re forgotten, but big enough to know what they are doing," says Charles. After seeing the positive Google reviews and speaking with the team, he felt confident that Eirios was a good fit.
The transition to Eirios was designed to be as seamless as possible to avoid any further disruption for Airshot's customers. "Setup was easy," Charles recalls. "The team was always on hand with fast communication if I ran into issues or forgot something."
